The trouble is, almost certainly, due to the spaces in the file names. As you see, the links are fine, the files exists, but the IA Book Reader is not able to parse them, and thus defaults to the books’ /details/ pages.

On the internet, you should avoid using spaces in urls and file names! It often results in errors such as this:

I see, thanks! That was a real rookie mistake...

I'll try removing the spaces and re-deriving again.
